You can file a complaint:

We will register your complaint as soon as it is received. We will inform you about the next steps no later than the next working day.
The time it takes to resolve your complaint depends on the subject of the complaint. We will resolve less problematic issues within a few hours or days (within 5 working days at the latest). Resolving events resulting in damage to health or property that require investigative reports from the police or medical facilities usually take longer. In such cases, we will inform you in advance within 5 working days, while we will not be able to notify you of the final result until the delivery of valid reports from the competent authorities.
Granvia Operation a.s. entrusted with the performance of services related to the operation and maintenance of R1 PR1BINA, or the company GRANVIA, a.s. as a concessionaire, are not liable persons in the sense of § 2 of Act no. 211/2000 Coll. on Free Access to Information and on Amendments to Certain Acts and are not obliged to make information available under that Act.
